Sunday Morning ‘Sculpt & Tone Pilates’ at Exhale, Sandymount
Open Level, 10.00 – 11.00
New course starts Sunday January 27th
(no class March 7th & April 7th)
This mid morning class is a really fun combo of strength and stability exercises, targeting
different muscle groups using weights, helping to improve muscle tone and bone density
and mat Pilates focusing on core strength.

10 week package for €130 (taking us all the way to Easter hols) or €15 drop in.

Monday ‘Start Your Week With Pilates’ Class RMDS, Ranelagh
Level 1-2, 18.30-19.30
New course starts Monday January 28th
(no class March 18th)
A mat based Pilates class where we move in every direction, vary the tempo,
focus on stability, general and core strength and power on through!

10 Week package for €130 (taking us all the way to Easter hols) or €15 drop in.
Please bring your own mat.
