Sunday Morning ‘Sculpt & Tone Pilates’ at Exhale, Sandymount
Open Level, 10.00 – 11.00
New 6 week course starts Sunday May 12th - June 23rd

This mid morning class is a really fun combo of strength and stability exercises, targeting
different muscle groups using weights, helping to improve muscle tone and bone density
and mat Pilates focusing on core strength.

6 week package for €80 or €15 drop in.
As spaces are limited, please do contact me in advance to book drop in. Mats supplied.


Monday ‘Start Your Week With Pilates’ Class RMDS, Ranelagh
Level 1-2, 18.30-19.30
New 6 week course starts Monday April 29th - June 17th
(excl. May & June BH)
A mat based Pilates class where we move in every direction, vary the tempo,
focus on stability, general and core strength and power on through!

6 week package for €80 or €15 drop in.

Milltown Parish Centre, Milltown Rd.
New 6 week course starts Monday May 1st - June 5th
A mat based Pilates class where we move in every direction, vary the tempo, focus on balance, strength, body awareness, mindful and functional movement. This class is osteoporosis friendly. We also have fun!

6 week package for €80 or €15 drop in.

Pilates Yoga Flow Charity Classes at Mayfield Studio, Terenure
May 12th & June 16th 12.30 - 13.30
Mayfield Eatery, 7-11 Terenure Road North.
Mayfield have created a beautiful and welcoming studio space above their restaurant and I’m delighted to be teaching these classes there in the coming months. This fun class is a combination of strength and stretch starting with Pilates and flowing into yoga, finishing with a few minutes of well earned relaxation. On May 12th the class will be in aid of Dyspraxia Ireland www.dyspraxia.ie and on June 16th in aid of Cystic Fibrosis www.cfireland.ie

The cost is €15 per person and all proceeds go to the charities.
