With personal training as the title would suggest there is no one size fits all.  It's important to take into account the needs and goals of the individual client and tailor their personal training plan /session accordingly.

Grá For Fitness PT sessions are a no shout zone, it's not about scaring a client into one more squat, but encouraging them and challenging them to get the best out of their body.  Safety and proper technique are paramount as is enjoyment and of course results.   Using a mix of TRX (suspension straps), standard weights, kettlebells, Pilates, running, skipping and boxing, sessions vary from one to the next but remain focussed on the client's goals. Among her qualifications, Gráinne holds a NTC certificate in exercise for senior population / older adults.

The personal training sessions are held in Exhale Studio in Sandymount offering a private studio space for you to be put through your paces with Gráinne.   Weekly weigh-ins, body measurements and nutrition guidance are all available as part of your package, however these are not mandatory if they are not related to your own personal goals.
